Attorney Kaylynn Kattiyaman joined Atlas Law Center in 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. Kaylynn brings a strong foundation in consumer protection, intellectual property, legal research, and advocacy, supported by extensive clinical, moot court, and organizational leadership experience. At Atlas Law Center, Kaylynn represents individuals in matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and related state and federal consumer protection statutes. With a detail-oriented approach and a passion for client advocacy, she provides practical and comprehensive legal support in complex consumer matters. During law school, Kaylynn distinguished herself through academic excellence and leadership roles. She served on the Executive Board of DePaul Law’s Appellate Moot Court Society, earning the Best Appellant Brief award at the 2024 Anderson Seventh Circuit Moot Court Competition. She was also a staff member of the DePaul Law Review from 2023 to 2025 and served as Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association from 2024 to 2025. Kaylynn gained practical legal experience through multiple positions, including as an extern at Saper Law through DePaul’s Technology and Intellectual Property Clinic, where she supported attorneys on matters involving defamation, trademark, copyright, and business organizations. She further expanded her research and innovation skills as a Legal Research Intern at Dykema, assisting attorneys and the firm’s innovation team in developing more efficient, AI-driven legal research methods. In 2023, she served as a legal intern at Curington Law, LLC, assisting in matters related to entertainment law, contracts, business dissolution, trademarks, and copyrights. Outside of her legal practice, Kaylynn is a dedicated musician and serves as a principal cellist in the Chicago Bar Association Symphony Orchestra, where she has performed since 2022. With a strong academic background, diverse legal experience, and a passion for consumer advocacy, Kaylynn brings skill, dedication, and creativity to the clients she serves at Atlas Law Center.
