Yousef Ahmad

Attorney Yousef Ahmad joined Atlas Law Center in 2025. Yousef is an employment-law attorney and a member of the Employment Litigation Practice Group. He represents employees in workplace disputes involving violations of state and federal employment laws, bringing substantial litigation experience and a strategic, results-driven approach to each matter.

Yousef concentrates his practice on employment litigation, handling matters including disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other unlawful employment practices. He has experience litigating claims under statutes such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and related employment laws, and he regularly engages in motion practice, discovery, depositions, and courtroom advocacy throughout all phases of litigation.

Prior to focusing on employee-side advocacy, Yousef worked on the defense side of litigation, representing employers and defendants in disputes from inception through resolution. This experience provides him with a strategic advantage in plaintiff-side cases, as he understands how employers evaluate claims, develop defenses, and approach settlement and trial strategy.

Yousef earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2024, where he served on the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law, held leadership roles in student organizations, completed international legal studies, and received advanced training in trial advocacy, negotiation, mediation, and contract drafting. He completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Xavier University in 2021.

At Atlas Law Center, Yousef serves as a litigation associate and a key member of the Employment Litigation team, advocating for employees facing discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace-related violations. His combination of litigation expertise, strategic insight, and dedication to protecting clients’ rights makes him a trusted advocate for individuals.
