Tim’s areas of practice include Consumer Protection and Labor/Employment Law.

During his time in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board, a Teaching Assistant for legal writing, a Research Assistant for Bankruptcy, and a student leader with the Taylor Mattis Fellows.

Before joining the firm, Tim worked at both Ridge & Downes and Wiedner & McAuliffe, Ltd., gaining experience in Workers’ Compensation claims for petitioners and respondents. He has developed skills in legal research, motion practice, case strategy, and communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Tim brings hands-on experience from both boutique and large-firm environments, giving him a practical, client-centered perspective and a strong appreciation for efficient, results-driven advocacy.
